We need any returns to be undamaged and in their complete, original packing with all documentation (instruction books, etc). Please do not write or tape on the sales carton. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 10 Day Money Back Guarantee applys to consumer sales only delivered to a household address. We regret that delivery and packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
GUARANTEES All products have a one year Return To Base guarantee, parts and labour. The exclusions are batteries, indicator lamps and fuses.
MANUFACTURERS' EXTENDED WARRANTIES Some product ranges benefit from their manufacturer's extended parts/labour warranties, subject to their conditions, which are from date of purchase.

You may enter your credit card information via our secure on-line catalogue - by selecting "Credit Card" payment at the Checkout.
Your card is only charged when the goods are ready for dispatch.
CHEQUE Select "Send Cheque Payment by Post" at the Checkout. Post your cheque with a copy of your online order. Cheques are payable to "Soundshopping Ltd" and posted to:

Please allow 7 working days for your cheque to clear.
We hold orders that are awaiting payment for ten days, after which time they will be cancelled.
SCHOOL ORDER If you are a school simply select "Sending educational purchase order" at the checkout (Minimum value £120 inc VAT). On completion print your receipt and send with your Purchase Order. Your order will be kept on hold until we receive your Purchase Order.
If an item is not in stock, it will be placed on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the expected delivery date and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
We currently ship to U.K. and Northern Ireland addresses. Goods are insured by us until point of delivery to you by our carrier (ie. when you sign).
SHIPPING CHARGES Our minimun shipping charge is just £2.75 [items with 'Free Shipping' obviously have no charge]. After that the charges are variable depending on the items you add to your order. Each time you confirm an item the screen will show you for a few seconds your current shipping value.You can click on View Trolley at any time to check the shipping charge. You also get to see this at the Checkout before you confirm your order.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Items in stock are usually dispatched same day if ordered before 1.00 pm. Expected dispatch time is displayed for each item, if there's any delay in this time we try to notify you within 48 hours by e-mail [Mon - Fri].
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing your order; so please ensure your e-mail address is entered carefully. DELIVERY METHOD We currently deliver to U.K. addresses using Royal Mail letter post for smaller items and National Carriers for larger items. National carriers will deliver the next working day from dispatch anytime between 8.30 and 6.00 [excluding weekends]. If no-one is available to sign for the goods don't worry - a card will be left for you to arrange another delivery time or your own collection from the depot.
DAMAGED PARCEL? If your parcel(s) arrive and are physically damaged, DO NOT sign for the delivery but tell the courier that you are rejecting the consignment and it should be returned to sender. Contact us immediately for assistance on 0870-741-5344, as claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
